Konnect eMail launches Outlook add-ins for SharePoint archiving

Konnect eMail has announced the launch of new Outlook add-ins, ‘Central Classic’ and ‘Central New’, designed to facilitate structured email archiving within Microsoft SharePoint. The tools aim to automate the capture of metadata—such as sender, recipient, date, and subject line—to ensure that business correspondence is easily searchable and integrated into existing Microsoft 365 governance and compliance frameworks.

By transferring emails directly from Outlook into predefined SharePoint structures, the software allows project-related communication to be centrally available rather than remaining isolated in personal inboxes. This functionality is intended to support audits, legal clarifications, and formal documentation processes.
