Konoike Transport adopts ServiceNow AI to reduce development time by 70%
Konoike Transport is expanding its use of the ServiceNow AI Platform to enhance IT operations and application development. Through its Group IT Portal Site (GIPS), the company centralizes PC lifecycle management, helpdesk ticket management, IT asset management, and workflow requests.
The company has integrated Creator Pro Plus (CPP), a generative AI tool, into its development processes to assist with investigation, design, implementation, and testing. Konoike Transport aims to reduce application development time by 70% by the end of March 2027. Under this framework, human operators review AI-generated proposals to ensure quality and standardization.
Future initiatives include building a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to advance IT and security operations, as well as integrating Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) systems with ServiceNow. This integration aims to automate ticket issuance and enable automated responses via chatbots and voicebots to improve helpdesk efficiency.
