Konpartsek issues positive assessment of Bilbao's Aste Nagusia

The Konpartsek organization has issued a positive assessment of this year’s Aste Nagusia festival in Bilbao. Compared to previous years, the festival saw a calmer atmosphere with fewer serious conflicts or attacks, though it was noted that all recorded attacks were committed by men.

Several challenges were highlighted during the event, including the strike by sound technicians and difficulties arising from the TicketBAI campaign. Additionally, street vendors and market workers reported ongoing institutional discrimination, prompting a request for the Bilbao City Council to take corrective measures.

Konpartsek also expressed support for the sound technicians' strike and thanked LAB union volunteers for their assistance to market workers.
