Konya industrial site to become mixed-use urban center

A large industrial facility in Konya is being transformed into a mixed-use urban center. Following approval from the Konya Metropolitan Municipality Council, the land's zoning status has been officially changed to “Trade-Tourism Area.”

The project will cover a 110,000 square meter construction area and is designed to include a shopping mall, a hotel complex, loft apartments, and traditional bedesten-style architecture. Additionally, the development plans to include a technology center to support the local entrepreneurship ecosystem.
