Turkey Culture Road Festival rolls out events in Konya, Van and beyond
The Ministry of Culture and Tourism’s Turkey Culture Road Festival is taking place across several Turkish cities. In Konya, the opening featured concerts such as “Ozanların İzinde, Âşıkların Yolunda” at the State Theatre, a PhotoMarathon for amateurs and professionals, workshops on traditional arts like kalemişi and miniature painting, and a programme of 148 events running until 26 July.
In Van, the festival’s tenth stop concluded on 11 July with a Bayhan concert, after a week of concerts, theatre, exhibitions, talks, children’s activities and a gastronomy showcase that highlighted 27 local taste points.
The series also includes a PhotoMarathon in Cappadocia scheduled for 1 August and preparations for the 2026 edition in Kayseri. All events are part of the nationwide cultural tour that aims to promote Turkey’s heritage, music, arts and regional cuisines.
