Konya municipal bread prices increase

Municipal bread prices in Konya have been updated at the Konya Metropolitan Municipality Fenni Fırın and Karatay Municipality Halk Ekmek sales points. The price of a standard loaf of bread has increased from 10 Turkish Liras to 11 Turkish Liras, representing a 10 percent rise.

The price adjustment is attributed to rising costs in production and supply, including flour, yeast, energy, and logistics. Despite the increase for standard loaves, the price of whole wheat bread at Karatay Municipality Halk Ekmek outlets remains unchanged at 13 Turkish Liras.
