Konyaspor celebrates veteran striker’s 33 goals and youth player’s U19 call‑up

Veteran forward Tayfun Türkmen, age 48, has scored 33 goals in 169 matches for Konyaspor and was recently appointed the club’s Football Development Director after graduating from Ankara University’s Faculty of Sports Sciences coaching program.

Young midfielder Eren Doğan, born in 2008 and a product of Konyaspor’s academy, was named to the Turkey U19 national team’s preparation camp in Istanbul scheduled for 3‑6 August, joining a roster of other selected prospects.
