Koprivnica-Križevci County hosts regional agricultural and community events

Various regional activities and infrastructure developments are underway in Koprivnica-Križevci County.

A meeting was held regarding the conceptual solution for the ‘Veliki Pažut - Legrad’ irrigation system. Organized by Hrvatske vode, the project aims to irrigate 362 hectares of agricultural land using groundwater. The county has allocated 208,000 euros for technical documentation, with Hrvatske vode contributing 80 percent of the costs.

The 28th Days of Fruit (Dani voća) commenced in Đurđevac with a professional seminar on digital marketing in agriculture. The event includes an exhibition-sales fair to support local producers.

Additionally, the Association of Retired Interior Ministry Employees held a traditional recreational-sports meeting to celebrate Police Day. The event featured various disciplines including air rifle, chess, and darts to promote healthy lifestyles and honor former police members.
