Koprivnica to merge Renaissance Festival and Ljeto na Zrinskom

Koprivnica is merging its Renaissance Festival with the ‘Ljeto na Zrinskom’ event this August to create an expanded four-day festival weekend. This integration aims to combine the city’s modern musical identity with its historical heritage.

The musical lineup for the Ljeto na Zrinskom finale includes regional singer Sergej Ćetković on August 21 and the rock band Prljavo Kazalište on August 22. Both concerts will feature free entry for the public. Additionally, a new eno-gastro zone, ‘Bistro u parku’, will showcase wines from 12 producers associated with the Bregovita Hrvatska association.

The Renaissance Festival focuses on historical authenticity, with participants wearing costumes modeled after 15th and 16th-century styles. Visitors dressed in period clothing will receive free entry, while children can enter for free and other attendees can purchase day tickets for 5 euros.
