Korea Art Festival 2026 features nationwide Art Travel programs

The 2026 Korea Art Festival is currently underway, featuring its signature ‘Art Travel’ program which offers guided tours of museums, biennales, and artist studios. The program has seen high demand, with all 13 travel courses across five regions selling out within nine days of registration.

This year’s festival emphasizes expanding the local art base by linking major events like the Gwangju and Busan Biennales with regional art spaces. New experiential workshops that integrate art and technology are being held in Dangjin and Wanju. In Wanju, the ‘AGAIN Sansu Yuram’ workshop allows participants to engage with nature by recording sounds from Daedunsan.
