Korea Deep Learning selected for Manufacturing AI Transformation program

Korea Deep Learning has been selected as a specialized company for Manufacturing AI Transformation (M. AX) by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Korea Evaluation Institute of Industrial Technology (KEIT). The company was recognized for its expertise in four key areas: quality control and inspection automation, generative AI, manufacturing data processing, and the conversion of tacit manufacturing knowledge into structured data.

To facilitate AI adoption in manufacturing, the company utilizes its ‘DEEP Agent for Manufacturing’ solution. This technology employs Vision Language Models (VLM) to analyze the structure and context of unstructured documents—such as blueprints, Bills of Materials (BOM), process manuals, and cost sheets—converting them into structured data. This data can then be integrated with existing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to support tasks like yield calculation and process verification.

Additionally, the company has launched ‘DEEP Ops’, an AI document operation platform that allows users to modify information extraction criteria and verify performance when document formats or business standards change. Korea Deep Learning currently provides solutions to over 80 domestic companies and public institutions.
