Korea Investment Securities Expands AI Wealth Management and Child Account Services

Korea Investment Securities (KIS), a subsidiary of Korea Financial Group, announced an AI‑driven wrap service promotion running until September 30. The AI lab now manages 52 % of all wrap accounts, and customers investing at least 5 million KRW in the AI lab receive a 10 000 KRW benefit, with larger incentives for higher balances.

KIS also introduced a new child‑account menu in its mobile app, allowing parents to open, view, and trade on minor accounts from a single interface. An event through August 15 offers coffee coupons to all participants who open a child account and register as a proxy, and department‑store vouchers to a lottery of 30 users who buy at least 1 million KRW of domestic stock.

Toss Securities reported that its AI‑based earnings‑call service for domestic companies has reached 600 000 cumulative users within three months, featuring real‑time speech‑to‑text transcription, AI summaries, and highlights such as “key points” for upcoming releases. Samsung Electronics was the most‑watched call.

Hanwha Asset Management opened a Jeonju office to strengthen communication with the National Pension Service and support regional financial‑industry development.
