Korea Ocean Business Corporation announces recruitment of 12 new employees

The Korea Ocean Business Corporation (KOBC) has announced its open recruitment for 12 new regular employees for the second half of the year. The positions include nine for general roles, two for veterans, and one for information technology (IT).

A new elective subject system has been introduced for the written examination in the general and veterans categories. Applicants can now choose to be tested in either business administration or economics, a change from the previous integrated major format intended to more deeply evaluate job-specific competencies.

The recruitment process follows a blind hiring method, where age, academic background, region of origin, and gender are not disclosed. The selection stages consist of document screening, written exams, and two rounds of interviews. Final successful candidates will be announced in mid-December and appointed at the end of the month, working at the company's headquarters in Busan.
