Korea Proptech Forum to host AI Vision Conference

The Korea Proptech Forum will hold its 2026 Proptech AI Vision Conference on November 10. The event, themed “Proptech’s Next Step: AI Transformation and the Future of the Industry,” focuses on how artificial intelligence is reshaping the real estate, construction, and architectural design sectors.

The conference is divided into two main parts. The first session will address industry-wide changes and corporate response strategies, featuring presentations on the impact of AI on spatial industries and enterprise-wide AI transformation (AX) strategies. The second session will showcase practical applications of AI in various fields, including office building management, construction site innovation, and the use of virtual agents for site analysis and architectural design.

A dedicated AI Vision Talk Show will also feature industry leaders discussing the challenges and changes encountered when integrating AI into business models. The forum aims to connect technology providers with asset operators and developers to identify new business opportunities within the evolving spatial industry.
