Korea Spotlight 2026 to promote music industry ties in Vietnam

The Korea Spotlight 2026 event is scheduled to take place in Ho Chi Minh City on October 30 and 31. Hosted by the South Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) and implemented by the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA), the program aims to foster substantive connections between the South Korean and Vietnamese music industries.

On October 30, the “Korea-Vietnam Content Connects” conference will feature 1:1 business matchmaking sessions. These sessions are designed to facilitate direct cooperation between enterprises, record labels, and digital music platforms regarding artist development, production, digital content distribution, and intellectual property exploitation. Discussion panels will also address the Vietnamese music market and the South Korean industrial model.

The event will conclude on October 31 with a live performance featuring various musical genres, including Pop, Ballad, and Rock. Featured artists include FTISLAND, ONF, g0nny, Minsu, and the girl group KIIRAS.
