Korean actors Kim Jung-eun and Kim Hye-eun share personal reflections

In recent media appearances, Korean actors Kim Jung-eun and Kim Hye-eun shared personal reflections regarding their past lives and career challenges.

During an appearance on Lee Hye-young’s YouTube channel, Kim Jung-eun addressed her emotional televised moment from her former SBS show, ‘Kim Jung-eun’s Chocolate’. She explained that her tears during the program were partly due to the pressure of making a public statement regarding her breakup with actor Lee Seo-jin, noting that she felt compelled to respond because of the heavy media presence at the time.

Separately, actress Kim Hye-eun discussed her early marriage experiences on her own YouTube channel. She recounted a decade during which she felt unable to say ‘no’ to her in-laws. While sharing a meal with her sister-in-law, Lee Sang-yoon, they humorously recalled a stressful incident involving the preparation of large quantities of traditional pancakes (bindaetteok), which the sister-in-law noted was an overwhelming task.
