Korean Air to launch daily Seoul-Incheon to Hiroshima service
Korean Air has announced the launch of a new daily flight service connecting Seoul-Incheon and Hiroshima, scheduled to begin on December 23, 2026. This marks the airline’s first regular service to Hiroshima Airport.
The route will be operated using Airbus A321neo aircraft, featuring a two-class configuration with 8 Prestige Class (business) seats and 174 economy seats. The flight schedule includes KE2183 departing Incheon at 10:35 and arriving in Hiroshima at 12:15, with the return flight KE2184 departing Hiroshima at 13:25 and arriving in Incheon at 15:25.
The expansion aims to strengthen the airline’s network in Japan’s Chugoku region, catering to both tourism and business demand. Hiroshima serves as a major industrial hub, hosting headquarters for Mazda Motor Corporation and facilities for Micron Technology, JFE Steel, and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. The new service will increase the total number of daily round trips between Incheon and Hiroshima to three, when combined with existing services by Jeju Air.
