Korkuteli sees major infrastructure investment and land auction

The Korkuteli district in Antalya is seeing significant development through both infrastructure investments and land sales. The Antalya Metropolitan Municipality's ASAT General Directorate has invested a total of 1.875 billion TL in Korkuteli between April 2019 and July 2026. These projects focused on strengthening infrastructure capacity, including 373,647 meters of drinking water lines costing approximately 1.24 billion TL, 29,875 meters of sewage lines, and 183 million TL in asphalt works for surface improvements.

Additionally, a 742-square-meter residential plot owned by the Treasury is scheduled for auction in Korkuteli on August 26, 2026. The estimated auction price for the property is set at 1,855,000 TL, with a required guarantee deposit of 185,500 TL.
