Kornit Digital and Fractyl Health report quarterly updates

Kornit Digital reported second-quarter earnings that exceeded analyst expectations, posting $0.04 earnings per share against a consensus estimate of ($0.01). The company reported revenue of $55.32 million, an 11.1% increase year-over-year. Management noted that approximately 80% of revenue is now recurring, with annual recurring revenue rising 79% to $33.8 million. Kornit also raised its full-year outlook, projecting third-quarter revenue between $55 million and $60 million.

Fractyl Health shared results from its Revita endoscopic procedure, indicating that patients maintained more than 80% of weight loss achieved through GLP-1 therapy one year after discontinuing the medication. This compares to a 46% maintenance rate in the sham group. The company is progressing with its REMAIN-1 pivotal trial, which involves over 300 participants, and plans to report pivotal trial data in early fourth-quarter 2026.
