Korona Kielce triumphs at Henryk Hamery Oldboys Memorial in Rudki
On 25 July 2026 the 4th Memorial of Henryk Hamery old‑boys football tournament was held in Rudki, Poland. Korona Kielce won the final, defeating Promień Przeginia 6‑0, while KSZO Oldboys beat Orlęta Kielce 3‑0 for third place. The event, featuring six veteran teams, emphasized reunion and nostalgia; as Korona player Przemysław Latosiński noted, “We are always invited by the organiser Jacek Skop. The score matters, but more importantly we meet at the grill with sausage and recall the old days.” KSZO midfielder Marcin Kaczmarek added, “The most important thing is that we meet, stay active and enjoy the game.” Individual awards went to KSZO goalkeeper Kamil Chadała, Korona’s Paweł Jaworek as best player, and Ryszard Krawczyk of Exbud as top scorer.
