Korphos platform uses AI to promote preventive healthcare

A survey indicates that 62.3% of Brazilians do not seek medical attention when needed, citing reasons such as overcrowding, long wait times, bureaucracy, self-medication, and the perception that health issues are not serious.

To address the need for preventive care, the Korphos platform was developed by software engineer Iak Lopes. The platform centralizes clinical history, laboratory exams, training, and dietary habits to provide proactive health recommendations.

The system utilizes Kora, an agentic AI trained with OpenAI models and a proprietary medical knowledge base. Unlike traditional generative AI that responds to commands, this agentic AI can take initiative to identify trends, such as nutritional deficiencies, by crossing blood exam data with physical activity and nutrition records.
