Kos Municipality and Kos Kindness to distribute free school supplies

The Municipality of Kos, through its Women's Advisory Support Center, is partnering with the Kos Kindness association to distribute free school supplies to families facing economic hardship. The initiative provides school bags, notebooks, pencils, and erasers to help alleviate the financial burden on households ahead of the new school year.

Priority for the program is given to large families, three-child families, single-parent households, and families where one or both parents are unemployed. Eligible applicants must submit required documentation, such as family status certificates and unemployment cards, between August 13 and August 27. Applications can be processed at the Women's Advisory Support Center in Zepyr, the Municipality of Kos building, or local community offices.
