The Office of the Chief Prosecutor of Kosovo has issued a statement responding to recent media reports and social media posts regarding the alleged arrest of official persons. The institution stated that these reports have caused public confusion and legal uncertainty.

The Office has called upon citizens and media outlets to rely exclusively on official information confirmed by the institution regarding the work and actions of the Chief Prosecutor. It urged the public to avoid unconfirmed information.

The Chief Prosecutor assured citizens that the institution will handle every criminal case in full compliance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, existing laws, and the highest standards of justice.
