Kosovo Judicial Council addresses Arlinda Zekaj case hearing failure

Besnik Bislimaj, a member of the Kosovo Judicial Council, has addressed the failure to hold a court session in the Arlinda Zekaj case. He explained that the delay was caused by the failure of the Center for Social Work (QPS) to submit a required report on time.

Bislimaj clarified that despite the procedural delay, the party involved remained protected by judicial decisions and existing measures. He noted that while the seven-day deadline was exceeded, the judge was unable to proceed with the session due to the missing documentation from the QPS.
