Enver Hoxhaj of the PDK further characterized the situation as a 'constitutional coup'.

Legal experts and former officials have noted that the constitutional deadline for the assembly's constitution expired on August 7. Opposition members are considering challenging the legitimacy of the government formation and the assembly's constitution in the Constitutional Court, arguing that the current process violates established legal and constitutional norms.
