Kosovo Privatization Agency announces sale of 258 properties
The Kosovo Privatization Agency (AKP) has announced the sale of 258 assets belonging to social enterprises in liquidation. This initiative, designated as Sale of Liquidation Assets no. 75, includes properties distributed across all six regions of Kosovo.
The available assets encompass various sectors, including agricultural units suitable for intensive farming and orchards, residential properties for urban and rural development, commercial spaces, warehouses, and business premises. The agency noted that the properties range from small units for individual investors to large-scale sites with potential for agribusiness, rural centers, and housing projects.
Interested parties, including individuals, businesses, the diaspora, and foreign investors, must submit their offers by September 9, 2026, between 10:00 and 12:00 at the Grand Hotel conference hall in Pristina. The AKP aims to stimulate economic development by creating concrete investment opportunities in agriculture, housing, trade, and services through this transparent process.
