Kostadin Kostadinov claims Vazrazhdane is an essential factor in Bulgarian politics

Kostadin Kostadinov, leader of the Vazrazhdane party, stated that the final election results were determined by his party's voters. He asserted that Vazrazhdane has become an indispensable factor in Bulgarian politics, warning that any political force failing to recognize this will lose elections, even when facing coalitions of parties such as GERB, Democratic Bulgaria, and others.

Kostadinov noted that for the first time in his life, he cast a vote “against” rather than “for” a candidate. He attributed low voter turnout to the refusal of certain political forces to engage in debates, which he believes discouraged a large portion of the citizenry from going to the polls. Despite his dissatisfaction with the political climate, he emphasized the importance of setting a personal example by exercising his right to vote.
