Kottonmouth Kings release ‘California Burning’ video and tour dates

The Southern California rip-hop group Kottonmouth Kings has released the official music video for their single ‘California Burning’. The track, featured on their latest EP of the same name, serves as a personal commentary on the devastating wildfires impacting their home state.

According to member D-Loc, the song is an ‘outcry of hope’ intended to raise awareness about the issues facing California while offering a message of resilience. The track features Judge D, the great-nephew of country music legend Kenny Rogers.

The band, which includes original producers Mike Kumagi, D-Loc, Judge D, Steve Dang, and Jim Perkins, is also preparing for a fall tour. The tour is scheduled to begin on October 22 in Seattle, Washington.
