Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker appeared at the Los Angeles premiere of Barker’s new documentary, ‘Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear’. Kardashian wore a vintage, sheer black Saint Laurent dress styled by Dani Michelle.

In the documentary, the couple discusses the medical challenges faced during their pregnancy with their son, Rocky. Kardashian underwent emergency fetal surgery seven months into her pregnancy after doctors discovered fluid was filling the baby's lungs. The procedure involved draining the fluid via a needle through the stomach. The couple also reflected on the loss of a previous pregnancy and the mental and physical toll of undergoing multiple IVF treatments.
