KOWR to auction over 300 hectares of farmland in Sulików, Poland
The National Agricultural Property Agency (KOWR) will hold an oral tender on 3 July in Wrocław for the lease of two agricultural estates in the Sulików commune, Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The parcels cover 248.79 ha and 60.62 ha, totaling more than 300 ha of arable land, farm buildings and related infrastructure. Only individual farmers seeking to expand family farms and residing in Sulików or neighboring communes may participate. Fifteen eligible farmers have been qualified for the bidding.
The lease term is three years, with the possibility of extension. The starting annual rent is set at 1 656.25 dt of wheat for the larger estate (1 396.63 dt for land and 259.62 dt for buildings, VAT included) and a proportionate amount for the smaller parcel. Most farm structures are in poor technical condition, so KOWR will not charge rent for them. The tender aims to allocate the holdings to local growers for continued agricultural use.
