Kozani Chamber of Commerce to host food safety workshop

The Kozani Chamber of Commerce, the Hermes Catering Association, and METAVASI M.A.E. are organizing a specialized food safety workshop. The event will take place during the 34th Industrial, Commercial & Agricultural Exhibition of Western Macedonia.

The workshop, titled ‘HACCP – EFET – ISO 22000 in Practice’, aims to upgrade the skills of catering professionals and prepare establishments to meet current hygiene and food protection standards. Key topics include updated EFET inspection procedures, HACCP practical applications, allergen management, temperature control, cleanliness, storage, traceability, and the benefits of the ISO 22000 standard.

The event is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 11:30 to 13:30, at the Western Macedonia Exhibition Centre in Koila, Kozani. Admission is free, and participants will receive certificates of attendance.
