Kozjak hosts 20th Slama Land Art Festival

The 20th anniversary of the Slama Land Art Festival took place in Kozjak, centered around the theme of ‘Family’. Under the artistic direction of academic sculptor Nikola Faller, the event featured various works created from straw.

A signature element of the festival was the ritualistic closing ceremony, where the largest collective sculpture created by artists and participants during the event was ceremonially burned. The finale included a fire and dance performance held at sunset in collaboration with the Shine Dance Studio.
