Kozluk implements mobile public services and rural infrastructure upgrades
Local authorities in the Kozluk district of Batman are implementing various initiatives to improve public service accessibility and rural infrastructure.
Under the coordination of the Kozluk District Governorate, the ‘Service at Residence’ program has been launched. This initiative allows citizens who face difficulties visiting the District Population Directorate—particularly the elderly, disabled, and those with limited mobility—to complete T.C. Identity Card applications directly at their homes. The program aims to prevent grievances caused by transportation issues and ensures that public services reach residents in both urban and rural areas.
Simultaneously, the Kozluk Special Provincial Administration is conducting extensive infrastructure and road maintenance works across various villages and hamlets. These efforts include stabilized road construction, asphalt repairs, road cleaning, and drainage improvements. Specific completed projects include road works in Seyrantepe, Koçaklar, Yanıkkaya, Danagözü, and Okçular villages, as well as sewage pipe installations and water pipe placements in other locations to enhance the quality of life and transportation safety in rural regions.
