During the 2026 KPGA David Golf Tour events at Gunsan Country Club, title sponsor David Golf, led by representative Gu Geon‑woo, covered the cost of using the club’s driving range for players. The range was equipped with ENB‑SAGE’s launch‑monitor system NEO‑E, allowing golfers to review precise data. David Golf’s manager Han Won‑sang said the support “helps the players who work hard from early morning during the tournament period.”

In the 13th tournament of the tour, golfer Byun Jin‑jae won after a seven‑hole playoff, the longest sudden‑death extension in KPGA’s second‑tier history. Byun captured a 20 million‑won prize and 20 000 ranking points, noting, “I won as an amateur before, but not as a professional until now; this will be a turning point for me.” The victory also set a new record for the tour’s playoff length, surpassing the previous six‑hole finish in 2014.
