KPK investigates Sarana Jaya land procurement corruption

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating land procurement procedures at Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya (PPSJ) related to alleged corruption in Rorotan, North Jakarta. Investigators questioned Ferra Ferdiyanti, the current Manager of Finance, Marketing, and Administration for SBU Warna, who previously served as Assistant Manager of Planning for the unit from 2017 to 2023.

KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo stated that the questioning focused on procurement mechanisms and asset tracing. The investigation involves suspected price mark-ups in land acquisition linked to the 'DP Nol Persen' housing program. Preliminary calculations suggest potential state losses of approximately Rp223 billion due to alleged collusion between buyers and brokers.

This case is an expansion of a previous investigation into land procurement in Cakung, East Jakarta, which resulted in estimated state losses of Rp256 billion. In the Rorotan matter, PPSJ reportedly collaborated with PT Totalindo Eka Persada for land acquisition.
