KPK investigates Ministry of ATR/BPN bribery involving HGB rights in Bogor
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating a major bribery and gratification scandal within the Ministry of Agraria and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN). The case involves the processing of Building Use Rights (HGB) in Bogor Regency, specifically concerning land managed by PT Summarecon Agung Tbk.
Following a sting operation on September 14, 2026, which resulted in the seizure of Rp106.3 billion in cash, the KPK has named eight suspects. These include high-ranking officials such as Lampri, Director General of Land and Spatial Control, and Sontang Coin Manurung, Head of the Bogor I Land Office. Other suspects include PT Summarecon President Director Adrianto Pitojo Adi, former Kebumen Regent Arif Sugiyanto, and Golkar politician Fahd El Fouz. The KPK alleges that four of these suspects are close associates of Minister Nusron Wahid.
On September 21, 2026, investigators conducted searches at the PT Summarecon Bogor office and the residence of Lampri in Bekasi. During the search at Lampri's home, investigators recovered electronic evidence, including chat logs that allegedly detail the flow of corrupt funds. The investigation continues as authorities analyze seized documents and electronic evidence to map the full scope of the corruption network.
