Kraft Heinz appoints Lucy Hovey as UK and Ireland CFO

Kraft Heinz has appointed Lucy Hovey as the Chief Financial Officer for its UK and Ireland operations. Hovey succeeds Darren Vries, who is stepping down after more than eight years with the company.

Hovey joins Kraft Heinz from Unilever, where she spent 13 years in various senior finance leadership roles. Her previous experience includes serving as CFO for Unilever’s UK and Ireland personal care business and acting as the finance lead for deodorants and skin cleansing across Europe. She also held leadership positions for brands such as Dove, Lynx, and REN Clean Skincare.

In her new capacity, Hovey will oversee the UK and Ireland finance function, manage financial strategy, and collaborate with the leadership team to drive profitable and sustainable growth.
