Kraft Heinz restructures global operations and launches Disney brand alliance

Kraft Heinz announced a major reorganization of its global operating structure effective July 1 2026. The company will split into three regions – North America, Europe and Pacific Developed Markets (EPDM), and Emerging Markets – with Marcel Regis appointed Regional President of Emerging Markets and Willem Brandt leading EPDM. North America will continue under Nico Amaya, while procurement and supply chain are combined under Janelle Aydin as Global Chief Procurement and Supply Chain Officer. Executives Cory Onell and Flavio Torres will transition out of their roles but remain as advisors.

In a separate announcement, Kraft Heinz signed a multi‑year strategic alliance with The Walt Disney Company. The partnership integrates ten Kraft Heinz brands, such as Heinz ketchup and Kraft Mac and Cheese, into Disney’s North American parks, resorts, cruise line, studios and streaming platforms. It will introduce co‑branded menu items, condiment stations, and retail products across Walt Disney World and Disneyland, supported by a joint marketing campaign. The deal aims to boost sales for Kraft Heinz while deepening Disney’s food‑service offerings.
