Various cultural institutions in Poland are hosting diverse exhibitions and musical events throughout October 2026.
In Krakow, MOCAK presents a retrospective of Ewa Partum, a key figure in Polish feminist and conceptual art, marking her 60th anniversary of creative work. Meanwhile, the National Museum in Krakow features the “Obywatelka Cepelia” exhibition, showcasing Bolesławiec ceramics and the social influence of the Cepelia institution during the PRL era.
In Warsaw, the Zachęta National Gallery of Art hosts a dialogue between sculptors Alina Szapocznikow and Nairy Baghramian, focusing on themes of corporeality. The National Museum in Warsaw is also launching the “Spragnieni Piękna. Kurioza” project, which combines art exhibitions with charitable auctions.
Regional highlights include the “Mazowsze dla Korony” exhibition at the Mazovian Museum in Płock, displaying historical artifacts from the Piast era, and the “Piast SuperWomen” exhibition in Gniezno, which explores the lives of women from Poland’s first dynasty.
