Krakow named Europe’s most beautiful old town
A new ranking by travel provider Tourlane has identified Krakow, Poland, as the most beautiful old town in Europe. The evaluation, which analyzed 65 cities globally based on cultural-historical significance and objective data, prioritized walkability as a key factor for an authentic experience.
Krakow's old town was noted for its compact structure, ranging from the Main Market Square and Cloth Hall to Wawel Castle. Naples, Italy, secured second place, highlighted for its unique atmosphere and the Spaccanapoli street, which connects various historic churches, traditional pizzerias, and artisan shops.
