Wrocław to Host Polonia Cantans Cultural Festival in July 2026

The XVI Summer Culture Festival Polonia Cantans will open in Wrocław on 26 July 2026 with a Holy Mass at St. John the Baptist Cathedral. The opening concert follows in the university auditorium. Over the next week (27 July – 2 August) the programme includes free screenings of Catholic documentary and feature films, a series of conferences and lectures about Pope John Paul II, and a final concert on 2 August at the Church of the Immaculate Conception. Classical music performances feature the Wrocław Brass Orchestra under Włodzimierz Cierpisz and soloists on piano, violin and other instruments. Admission to the film and conference sessions is free; concert tickets are sold separately.
