Kraków launches tender for Górka Narodowa facility reconstruction

The Municipal Education Service Center in Kraków has launched a tender for the reconstruction of the Resocialization and Sociotherapeutic Facilities complex at Górka Narodowa. The project involves demolishing existing scattered buildings to create a more compact facility.

This reconstruction is a prerequisite for a subsequent investment: the construction of a new school and kindergarten complex on the same plot. The city has secured funding for the reconstruction project within the 2025–2028 budget. The tender follows a ‘design and build’ model, with the deadline for submitting bids set for September 30.
