Kraków water utility announces 111 million PLN investment plan

Wodociągi Miasta Krakowa has announced a major investment program for the years 2026–2027, titled ‘125 investments for 125 years of Wodociągi Miasta Krakowa’. The initiative involves approximately 111 million PLN to modernize and expand the city’s water and sewage infrastructure.

The program is part of a broader multi-year development and modernization plan spanning 2026–2030. Of the planned tasks, 60 investments are included in the company’s primary plan, covering nearly 40 kilometers of new or reconstructed network. These projects aim to ensure safe water supply, effective sewage disposal, and support the development of new residential areas in Kraków.
