Dino Merlin concert in Kraljevo canceled
The concert of Bosnian singer Dino Merlin, scheduled for September 5 in Kraljevo, has been officially canceled. Organizers attributed the decision to the failure of Digi Media Production d.o.o. Belgrade to fulfill contractual obligations regarding the provision of production, the stage, and necessary technical conditions for a safe event.
In an official statement, the organizers emphasized that the safety of the performer, the audience, and the crew was their absolute priority. They stated they could not assume the risk of holding the event when the contracted party failed to ensure the required level of technical and organizational security. The company responsible for the production has not commented on the situation.
Prior to the cancellation, an incident occurred at the Aero klub ‘Mihajlo Petrović’, the location intended for the performance. Authorities reported that an unknown individual broke a window and threw flammable material into the building. Police and forensic technicians investigated the scene, and the public prosecutor was notified.
