Kraśnik to receive new 18,000 sqm retail park

Genesis Property and RG Leasing have announced plans to construct a new retail park in Kraśnik, which is expected to be the largest of its kind in the Kraśnik district. The project will cover approximately 18,000 square meters of Gross Leasable Area (GLA) on a five-hectare site.

The complex is designed to include roughly 25 retail units, featuring a grocery operator, a DIY hardware store, and various chains specializing in clothing, cosmetics, sports, and home furnishings. Additionally, the site will include gastronomy, service providers, and a parking lot with 650 spaces.

Construction is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2027, with an anticipated opening in 2028. Investors aim to retain local purchasing power within Kraśnik, preventing it from flowing to the nearby city of Lublin.
