Krasitech introduces AI agent for medical and nursing care

Krasitech presented at a medical and nursing care management seminar regarding the use of AI to address administrative burdens and institutional knowledge gaps. The company introduced ‘SHISHI’, an industry-specific AI agent designed to assist with medical and nursing care documentation, billing, and telephone responses.

The SHISHI platform aims to improve productivity without requiring staff to change their existing workflows or software systems. It utilizes a ‘human-in-the-loop’ approach where the AI handles drafting and processing while humans perform final verification and decision-making. The service is being expanded across various sectors, including home nursing stations, outpatient rehabilitation, and nursing homes.
