Kratos Defense promotes Bill Wilson to C5ISR Systems Division President

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions has appointed Bill Wilson as the President of its C5ISR Systems Division and Corporate Senior Vice President, effective immediately. In this role, Wilson will oversee the company’s military-specification hardware and mobility systems business.

Wilson brings over 35 years of experience in the aerospace and defense sectors to the position. He joined Kratos in 2010 following the acquisition of Gichner Systems Group, where he previously served as Senior Vice President and CFO. Most recently, he held the position of Executive Vice President and CFO of the C5ISR Systems Division.
