KRC Genk signs Uruguayan defender Kevin Amarois

KRC Genk has announced the signing of Uruguayan right-back Kevin Amarois from Liverpool Montevideo. The 22-year-old has signed a five-season contract with the Belgian club.

Club officials described Amarois as an athletic, offensive-minded defender characterized by explosiveness, stamina, and physical strength. Dimitri De Condé, Head of Football at KRC Genk, noted that the player's qualities align with the club's identity and highlighted that Amarois has already received three call-ups to the Uruguayan national team by coach Marcelo Bielsa.
