Kärcher and ECOVACS launch new window cleaning robots

Kärcher and ECOVACS have introduced new window cleaning robots designed to automate the maintenance of large or hard-to-reach glass surfaces.

Kärcher has launched two models: the RCW 2 and the RCW 4. The RCW 2 features an oval design with two rotating cleaning discs and ultrasonic spray nozzles, offering a cleaning speed of approximately 3 minutes per square meter. The RCW 4 utilizes a square design to better reach corners and frameless glass edges, utilizing six pump-driven nozzles to moisten cleaning pads, with a speed of 2.5 minutes per square meter.

ECOVACS has released the WINBOT W2S PRO OMNI, which addresses the limitation of power cord reach by utilizing an OMNI station. This station serves as both a storage and charging unit containing an integrated battery, allowing for up to 110 minutes of cordless operation. The device is scheduled for release on September 9, with pricing starting at 499 euros for the model without the OMNI station and 599 euros for the version including it.
