Kreate and QTS partner for Forssa data center project

Infrastructure builder Kreate and QTS, a specialist in data center and AI construction, have signed a significant agreement for the earthworks contract of a new data center campus in Forssa, Finland.

QTS is developing a 150-hectare campus that will be built in phases over several years. This marks the company’s first data center project to commence in Finland. Simon Caron, QTS Director of European Development, noted that collaborating with Finnish contractors provides essential local expertise and supports local employment.

Kreate has completed nearly 70 infrastructure projects within the data center market over the last decade. Timo Vikström, CEO of Kreate Group, stated that data center construction is a vital growth market for the company, leveraging their technical expertise and knowledge of local operating conditions.
